EXVAM.com platform is managed by EXVAM LTD Company, Registred under Number 14651051, 44 Broadway, London, England, E15 1XE, United Kingdom The EXVAM.com platform futures are available for use only for registered Users. To register an account and become a User of EXVAM.com you must be at least 18 years old. By registering on the EXVAM.com website you agree and fully accept the following Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

INVESTMENT

The Investment (Deposit) is a private agreement between EXVAM LTD and the individual who has registered the account.
Users process all financial transactions solely at their own discretion and their own risk. The size and term of deposit is determined personally by each User.
The principal from each plan is included in daily returns.
The choice of an investment plan depends on the amount of the deposit:
STARTER - Investments from $25 to $100,000
GENESIS - Investments from $1,000 to $200,000
PROSPERITY - Investments from $5,000 to $300,000
Daily earnings from the Investment Plan will be added to the user's account every 24 hours.
To make a deposit, User can use any payment system accepted by EXVAM LTD
The value of the deposit will be expressed in USD and each time converted at the current rate of the selected cryptocurrency. The rates are flexible and depend on the current rates.
It is forbidden to make deposits between two registered EXVAM.com accounts.

WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals are processed instantly after request.
The system immediately orders your withdrawal through the payment processor and you get a transaction hash that you can track on the blockchain of a given cryptocurrency. The time it takes for it to appear on your wallet depends on what wallet/exchange you are using.
In the case of ePaycore.com, funds appear in your account in seconds.
You may withdraw from your account balance at any time as long as you have at least the minimum withdrawable amount in the payment processor concerned.
The minimum amount to withdraw depends on the payment system that was used to make the deposit.
$5 - for ePayCore, Litecoin, Ripple, Dogecoin, USDT (TRC20), USDT (BEP20), BNB, Tron, Dash, Stellar, BitcoinCash.
$20 - for Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC20).
Withdrawals are processed on all days of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. EXVAM LTD is not responsible for the speed of the blockchain network for individual cryptocurrencies.
EXVAM LTD cannot reverse or cancel cryptocurrency or epaycore transfers made to a wrongly provided wallet address.
It is forbidden to exposing EXVAM LTD to unreasonable transaction fees by doing few small withdrawals instead of one for full amount.
In rare cases, it may happen that the system does not generate a transaction hash, and you will see your withdrawal as "pending". This may be due to: an incorrect wallet address you provided, or a temporary unavailability of one of the blockchains. In this case, please contact: support@exvam.com immediately. Our team will solve the problem ASAP.

SECURITY & USER ACCOUNT

Each Member is asked to have only one registered account on the EXVAM.com platform.
Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts for the purpose of cheating the referral system and collecting commissions from their own deposits.
Any attempt to create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes will result in the suspension of the user's account and the freezing of all funds in all linked accounts that were used to wrongly collect referral commissions.
Members should use strong password consisting of at least 6 characters, containing upper and lower case letters, numbers or special characters.
Password should be different from the one you use for the mailbox associated with the EXVAM.com Account The highest account security is ensured by enabling two-factor authentication (at least for the login option)
To make any changes to your account, you need a verification code sent to the email associated with your exvam.com account.
EXVAM LTD is therefore not responsible for any changes to the accounts made using the access to the user's email box. Securing access to private e-mail is solely on the user's side.
EXVAM LTD reserves the right to terminate agreement with the User due to violation of terms, consisting in acting to the detriment of EXVAM LTD. Acting to the detriment of the company is understood as all kinds of abuse, attempts to deceive, or slander EXVAM LTD by spreading negative information misleading current and future users.

AMENDING THE PRESENTED TERMS

EXVAM LTD reserves the right to make changes to the current document.
EXVAM LTD will inform all users about any changes by publishing it on official Social Media Channels.
Terms of Use changes come into force since the date of publishing information.
